A nice clean and safe place to do laundry. I love the dryers because they don't require any guess work at all, they get your stuff dry first time every time. I appreciate the way you do business. Keep it up.

10/10! It was my first time here and the lady greeted me and was super helpful ! ( she can tell it was definitely my first time here) super clean , spacious, wasn’t packed ( I came as soon as they opened) and they take tap pay ( made my life easier!) 10/10 definitely recommend.

Absolutely love this laundromat. Came here to wash clothes today. The attendant was very kind. She immediately told me the wash and dry prices. Very clean environment. Had a lot of clothes to wash. She explained that they had different sized washers and dryers. Was able to use an 8 load and 2 6 loaders and a 2load washer. The cycles on the washer and dryer are great deep clean and regular. Will be my new laundromat

Betsy is the best she is always busy cleaning and always has a smile on her face. Always helping customers. Last week was my first time in here she was so helpful to me and was again tonight. The machines work great and they are always clean this is the place to do your laundry. Hands down best laundry mat ever been to I travel for work and I have been to a lot of them. Betsy the best they are lucky to have her as a employee thank you

Betsy is an above and beyond go getter kind of employee, and she helped me multiple times and did it with a beautiful attitude and personality, and kept the laundromat spotless clean and smelling fresh!! She is the most friendly person on a job I have met in a while and it is so relieving to have someone be kind especially when you have to spend a little time somewhere like a laundromat!! Betsy is an exceptional laundry attendant!!! Thank you!!

Who knows how many time since the opening day!!! I been back here at The Wash House Laundromats on 950 East Market Street Akron Ohio. It’s a convenient location for my Clients and myself. It’s been 6+ months so here is another great washing and drying experience and great service from the Boss Lady herself today Thank You!!! I am beginning to like washing here for sure!!! AwesomeSauce!!! Day 1 on 04/28/2025 opening I could not wait!!! Staff Monique very helpful and very nice! Laundromat So fresh and clean new vibe environment. That Double my amount deal is great $20 for $40. The 4 loader @ $7.25 and 2 loader @ $4.25 washer cleans great with space left over for a great clean on normal wash not to mention the deep wash was on point for my second 4 loader @ $9.50 washer. Great prices good results. Dryers outstanding and large I tested the larges #101 with my 6 loads washed in one dryer @ $2.00 and it dried well next time I will dry at more then 32 minutes to get hotter dryer outcome feel. I haven’t had to go to the laundromat in years. This is the cleanest laundromat. All the washers were great. The dryers are amazing. I love the wrinkle free option thank you to the amazing workers who are always so nice and helped me out all the time.

I love coming to this place. The staff are so nice and friendly. Their facilities are always clean. Ever so often they do a double your money when you load your card. You cannot beat that.
